My Thoughts On Fringe

So I avoided Fringe most of the Season. I caught the first 5 episodes when the series launched, quickly gave up, but recently there has been so much talk about the finale that I felt I needed to give the show a second chance.
Thanks to Hulu I started from episode 10 and watched it in two days all the way through to the finale. Here are my thoughts on this, the last 10 episodes weren't that bad, I actually kind of liked it. The show has some pretty solid science fiction but at the same time it can be very shallow. There is no real character development, I don't feel any kind of connection at all to any of the main characters. The best thing the show has going for itself is great graphics and a somewhat intriqueing plotline with the alternate universe but it's not X-Files.
Dollhouse Renewed For A New Season

Some how there was a miracle and Dollhouse was renewed. I am happy as well. I know I am really late with this but the finale was amazing. So many twists and a lot of it took me by surprise. Who isn't a Doll on that show? My only gripe with the entire show is Alan Tudyk, I love the guy to death but I don't know if he is a lead actor. What did everyone else think about Alan as Alpha?
